The Art of Technical Writing

Good technical writing is not about showing off how much you know. It's about making complex ideas accessible to someone who is encountering them for the first time.

Start with the problem. Before explaining how something works, explain why it matters. Your reader should feel the pain point before you offer the solution.

Use short paragraphs. Break up walls of text. One idea per paragraph. If you need a list, use a list.

Read your draft out loud. If you stumble over a sentence, your reader will too. Rewrite until it flows naturally.

The best technical posts leave the reader feeling smarter, not overwhelmed.
